While running your Fusion Application, the console output of the embedded Weblogic server is displayed in the log Pane of JDeveloper
In order to have JDeveloper also save this output to a file go to
Tools -> Preferences -> Search for "log"
There you can define the directory that the logs will be display and also the max lines of the log.
